Payment Terms

• Booking confirmation is subject to a 50% deposit of the total booking amount at the time of confirmation, with the remaining 50% to be paid by December 18th, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation until December 2nd, 2026. Any deposit made will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations until December 18th, 2026: cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit paid.
• Cancellations after December 18th, 2026: no refund will be issued for the amount deposited as a guarantee.

Other Terms & Conditions

• Hotel Meliá Lisboa Oriente reserves the right to cancel the event at any time, in which case it commits to refunding the total amount paid, with no right to compensation for the client.
