Yes. All our hotels have room for storing luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Parking is paid. It has a fixed cost of 15€ each night and by car. In case of meeting or other events there is a special rate of 10€/car.

Is it possible to book parking in advance to guarantee it?

We do not make car park reservations.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Yes. 2 pets are allowed per room with a maximum weight of 20kg. The cost is €25 per night, per pet. A deposit of €100.00 is charged to cover any damages that may occur to the room.

The hotel has 6 meeting rooms.

No, the hotel does not have wedding services.

There are 2 lifts for guests only.

Children do not pay until 3 years old (included).

Is a credit card needed to make a reservation?

If it is booked online, yes. If it is booked directly with the hotel, there are other options.

What are the available payment methods?

The payment methods available are: Cash or credit card.

Yes, as long as the credit card legitimacy can be proven.

What is included in the reservation price?

Check at the time of booking what each rate includes. The room and the services accessible to guests are always included in the rate. It might include breakfast and meals too.

The check-out is made until 12h. For late check-out, guests should contact the hotel to consult availability. Additional costs might be added. In case it is part of a campaign, late check-out conditions are not ruled by this procedure.

The hotel can not guarantee a type of bed. Please indicate your preferences while booking or by refering it in time with the hotel.

Is it possible to do a pre-check-in?

Yes. After making the reservation, we will send you an email with instructions of how to proceed with the pre-check-in 7 days before your stay and also 3 days before. You can fill in your details and avoid wasting time when you arrive at the hotel.

What is full board? What about half board?

Full board includes, in addition to breakfast, two meals a day (lunch and dinner). Half board includes only one more meal per day, usually dinner, in addition to breakfast. Drinks are not included.

If I book online can I make changes with the hotel by phone?

No. Any changes to the booking must be made directly with the organisation you used to make the booking.

What does non-cancellable mean?

It means that the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the reservation in case of no-show and that it does not accept cancellation or change of dates.

How do I book a cot/extra bed? Is there an extra cost?

Please ask at the time of booking, or at reception afterwards. The extra bed has an extra cost, the cot is placed free of charge upon prior request at the time of booking.

No. Only by cancelling the reservation and rebooking to the desired hotel.

It depends on the rate and the conditions presented and informed at the time of booking. Generally, for cancellable rates, only the first night is charged, and for non-cancellable rates, the entire stay is charged. However, always check the conditions of your booking.

Between 7h and 10h30 during weekdays and between 7h and 11h during weekends. There is also a coffee station prepared from 3 hours to correspond to the guest’s needs.
